Responsibilities
Find opportunities: Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across the business
Design solutions: Document current processes, design improvements, and build business cases for change
Drive delivery: Track improvement initiatives, coordinate with owners, and ensure things get done on time
Build systems: Create dashboards, documentation, and playbooks that help the team operate more effectively
Work cross-functionally: Partner with Destination Ops, Driver Supply, Support, and other teams on improvement projects
Enable scale: Help automate manual processes and build the infrastructure for sustainable growth
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, or similar roles
Analytical mindset - being comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and you can learn SQL
Process thinker - You naturally see how things could work better
Strong communicator -You can work with diverse stakeholders and get alignment
Ownership mentality. You take initiative and drive things to completion
Comfortable with ambiguity, thriving in fast-moving environments
