About the role

  • Accounting Manager responsible for leading an accounting team to enhance efficiencies and lower costs at Williams. Collaborating on financial analysis and maintaining accounting standards in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Guide a team of accounting professionals
  • Continuously drive greater efficiencies and lower costs
  • Coordinate with company partners to handle the accumulation, recording, accuracy and control of accounting transactions
  • Assist in the resolution of accounting issues
  • Coordinate workforce planning and career development activities for team members
  • Hold team accountable for performing all work in accordance with requirements, standards, policies, procedures and processes
  • Ensure adequate financial accounting controls and integrity of our financial records
  • Collaborate with others to establish and maintain accounting policies, standards and processes in compliance with GAAP and accounting regulations
  • Develop and handle financial analysis and reporting
  • Lead sophisticated projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted accounting experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a team
