About the role
- Teamlead Accounting responsible for financial management and compliance for German entities at DocMorris. Coaching a team, optimizing processes, and ensuring audit excellence.
Responsibilities
- Je coacht en faciliteert een team van 4 professionals.
- Je regisseert de maandelijkse groepsrapportages en jaarrekeningen conform IFRS en Dutch GAAP.
- Jij bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor externe accountants.
- Zie je ergens een inefficiëntie? Jij ontwerpt de oplossing én voert deze uit.
- Bij afwezigheid van de Head of Finance pak jij de handschoen op en vertegenwoordig je de afdeling met verve.
Requirements
- Je hebt een master in finance of accounting.
- Een afgeronde RA- of AA-titel (of de ambitie daartoe) is voor ons de gouden standaard.
- Je hebt vlieguren gemaakt in de auditpraktijk of een complexe corporate omgeving.
- IFRS en Dutch GAAP stromen door je aderen.
- Tech-savvy: SAP en Excel hebben voor jou geen geheimen.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste. Kennis van het Duits wordt als een groot pluspunt beschouwd.
