Responsibilities
- Technology leadership
- Further development of our technology strategy in the Shopware and e-commerce environment
- Evaluation of new technologies, frameworks and tools
- Introduction and improvement of AI-supported development processes (e.g. code generation, reviews, testing, deployment)
- Ensuring sustainable architecture and high code quality in our projects
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of our development team
- Promotion of the technical development of our developers
- Support with architectural decisions in complex client projects
- Participation in technical workshops, concept phases and client meetings
- Further development of our development processes
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software development in e-commerce
- Very good knowledge of the Shopware ecosystem (mandatory requirement)
- Experience in the technical leadership of development teams
- Experience with modern web technologies and architectural concepts
- Interest in meaningfully integrating AI into development processes
- Strategic technology understanding and a structured way of working
- Enjoyment in leading teams and developing people
- Good German language skills
