Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering

- Strong software development background with proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
- Deep expertise in virtualization (VMware, KVM), containerization (Kubernetes) and storage/networking systems
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi) and automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with HCI technologies (e.g., VMware Cloud Foundations, Nutanix, VxRail or custom-built platforms)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and modern cloud infrastructure patterns
- Record of leading engineering teams through agile development and dev-ops practices
