About the role
- Technical Lead for Haustechnik in Thüringen Park Erfurt, ensuring operational integrity of the center. Leading the technician team and overseeing maintenance and compliance for real estate management.
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of the facility technicians team
- Act as deputy to the Center Manager
- Support the smooth technical operation of the centre within our facility technician team
- Internal coordination and supervision of construction measures, e.g., during tenant changeovers or maintenance and repair works on the property
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and fire protection requirements
- Provide immediate technical assistance and support during maintenance activities
- Inspect all building services systems, including fault analysis, and commission and monitor testing and maintenance appointments
- Identify, record and document warranty defects and insurance claims
- Obtain quotes and prepare tenders for service providers and various trades during ongoing site operations
- Process invoice workflows in SAP
- Monitor and optimize the operating cost budget and support the preparation of operating/service charge settlements
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or trade profession, preferably in electrical engineering or gas/water installation
- Experience in construction and project management
- Strong technical understanding, practical skills and a hands-on mentality
- Proven experience in property management as well as performing repairs and maintenance
- Willingness to work flexible hours (shift work, weekends and on-call duties)
- Valid driving licence (car)
