About the role

  • Content Analyst responsible for executing strategic content plans in a digital marketing consultancy. Collaborating across teams and ensuring quality and timely deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure execution of the strategic content plan, guaranteeing deadlines, quality, and alignment with established directives.
  • Create, organize, and update supporting materials for the workflow: briefings, guides, production assets, personas, and strategic documents.
  • Research and test tools, methodologies, trends, and innovation opportunities to optimize the production process, increase efficiency, and elevate delivery quality.
  • Monitor the delivery schedule, follow up on delays when necessary, and update the internal team and the client on status.
  • Translate strategic inputs into clear directives for vendors and the production process.
  • Perform final validation of content, ensuring coherence, consistency, and compliance with the plan.
  • Brief, guide, and oversee writers, reviewers, and other external vendors throughout the process, ensuring they have the necessary information, materials, and guidelines to deliver with excellence.
  • Manage production closeout and monitor supplier payment flow.
  • Execute and coordinate Digital PR workflows within projects: validate portals, articles, and content; approve partners according to strategic guidelines; and ensure the final quality of published content and links.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Available to work remotely
  • Availability to visit the office (Campinas, SP) once every three months
