Responsibilities
Utilise Google AI Studio, Vertex AI Agent Builder, and Canvas, etc, to proactively build and deploy lightweight marketing utilities (e.g., simple localisation web apps) that speed up daily workflows.
Manage the end-to-end roadmap and vendor relationships for marketing tools (e.g., Event-in-a-Box microsites, Social Asset Generators) and interactive assets (e.g., webgames), ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with the Insights & Thought Leadership team to develop and maintain the technical aspects of a claims database, ensuring the infrastructure supports the insights' needs.
Identify friction points in our operating model and implement technical automations (e.g., connecting APIs between tools) to eliminate manual administrative tasks.
Own the delivery timeline for all technical projects, ensuring that requirements are clear, stakeholders are updated, and bottlenecks are identified and removed.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Interactive Production, or Product Management
Experience managing the development of web applications, interactive sites, or internal tools from conception to launch.
Strong technical literacy—you can read API documentation, understand CMS structures, and speak the language of engineering vendors.
Entrepreneurial attitude with a track record of "shipping" products.
Demonstrated experience building simple applications or workflows using Google AI Studio, Gemini API, or Vertex AI. You understand the capabilities of current LLMs and how to apply them.
A track record of identifying a process problem and building a tool (No-Code, Python, or GenAI) to fix it.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
