Responsibilities
- Planning, execution and follow-up of seminars and events (both on-site and online)
- Coordination of the rental of our seminar rooms in Stuttgart
- Telephone and written communication with trainers and clients
- Preparation and processing of invoices, contracts, and evaluation of feedback
- Regular analysis of relevant key figures and maintenance of internal controlling tools
- General commercial, administrative and organizational tasks
