Responsibilities
Take full and responsible charge of our corporate properties
Ensure sustainable, efficient and uninterrupted building operations
Organize traffic safety measures, maintenance and repair obligations for the properties and assume operator responsibility
Monitor and document all required maintenance and inspections of our building services systems
Plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance, repair, renovation and modernization measures as well as renewals and conversions
Document and report comprehensively to ensure operator responsibility
Coordinate and manage cooperation with internal and external service providers
Prepare building-specific budget plans and update them regularly to keep a constant overview of the costs for your properties
Requirements
University degree in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering (Versorgungstechnik) or Civil Engineering with initial professional experience in building management, or
Technical vocational training plus further qualification as a Facility Management Specialist (Fachwirt/Fachwirtin) with several years of professional experience in building management
Knowledge and experience in planning, controlling and documenting maintenance and repair work
Familiarity with relevant construction standards and technical building equipment (TGA) and basic building law (VOB, HOAI)
Experience with SAP (SD and PM modules) and AVA software (desirable) and confident user of MS Office
Quick comprehension, solution-oriented thinking and acting, and a high degree of initiative and commitment
Confident manner with clients and planning partners
Valid driving licence class B
German language level: at least B2 for effective collaboration
