Responsibilities
- Lead nationwide projects for the digital transformation of claims management at insurance clients.
- Develop innovative consulting services and digital claims solutions at the intersection of customer experience, processes, and technology.
- Design strategic decision papers to realign the claims function for the digital age.
- Position and market the “Digital Claims” practice and expand it together with the team.
- Leverage a strong industry network to win new clients and maintain existing relationships.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience as a consultant in a management consultancy, an insurer, an InsurTech, or an insurance-focused start-up.
- Deep understanding of insurance operations, particularly claims management: claims handling, claims systems, and digitalization of claims processes.
- Passion for rethinking the insurance ‘moment of truth’ and enthusiasm for trends such as platform economy, Data Ocean, channel management, and agility.
- Experience as a project or program manager and in presales.
- Strong analytical and methodological skills; IREB or ISTQB certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
- University degree.
- Fluent German and good English skills.
