Responsibilities
Support clients by helping prepare renewal paperwork ahead of renewal dates.
Assist with incoming new business enquiries, helping to put together submissions and quotations with guidance from the team.
Help obtain and compare alternative quotes where appropriate, learning how to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Support the team with policy documentation, invoices, credit notes, and general administration to ensure a smooth client experience.
Follow file management and compliance procedures, including FCA requirements, keeping records accurate and up to date.
Build positive working relationships with insurance companies as you develop your industry knowledge.
Requirements
Good organisational ability
Experience in obtaining information from clients via telephone & e-mail
Confident communications skills – both written & oral
Good negotiating skills and the ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
