Responsibilities
We are expanding our Insurance International Team and are looking for you as a (Senior) Manager, Finance Transformation – Insurance (all genders).
You can expect exciting projects focused on transformation, ESG, digitalization, and the implementation of SAP solutions in the insurance sector.

As Manager for Insurance Finance Transformation (ESG / Digitalization / IFRS 17 implementation in SAP), you will be involved in all stages of the implementation process and work closely with the client.
You will lead your team in the area of insurance finance and SAP solution configuration.
You will support the client across end-to-end processes.
This includes analyzing business requirements and translating them into product functionalities.
You will lead the implementation or customization of consolidation, general ledger and subledger SAP modules such as Group Reporting, S/4HANA FI-CO, FPSL and embedded analytics.
You will support and train end users to ensure they are confident using the implemented solution.
Requirements
University degree.
At least 5 years of professional experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant, focusing on insurance finance, accounting or in an actuarial role, combined with SAP implementation experience in at least one of the following modules: Group Reporting, S/4HANA FI-CO, FPSL, PaPM and Embedded Analytics.
Desire to grow and lead a high-performing team.
Interest in new technologies and applications and the ability to turn them into practical solutions.
Comfortable communicating and working in English within a cross-border team (German language skills are beneficial).
Willingness to travel within Europe.
