About the role

• Senior Manager Finance Transformation managing projects in transformation, ESG, digitalization in the insurance sector. Leading teams in implementing SAP solutions with a focus on finance and accounting.

Responsibilities

• We are expanding our Insurance International Team and are looking for you as a (Senior) Manager, Finance Transformation – Insurance (all genders).
• You can expect exciting projects focused on transformation, ESG, digitalization, and the implementation of SAP solutions in the insurance sector.
• You will work in an environment that combines the familiarity of a personal culture with the strength of a leading management consultancy.
• As Manager for Insurance Finance Transformation (ESG / Digitalization / IFRS 17 implementation in SAP), you will be involved in all stages of the implementation process and work closely with the client.
• You will lead your team in the area of insurance finance and SAP solution configuration.
• You will support the client across end-to-end processes.
• This includes analyzing business requirements and translating them into product functionalities.
• You will lead the implementation or customization of consolidation, general ledger and subledger SAP modules such as Group Reporting, S/4HANA FI-CO, FPSL and embedded analytics.
• You will support and train end users to ensure they are confident using the implemented solution.

Requirements

• University degree.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant, focusing on insurance finance, accounting or in an actuarial role, combined with SAP implementation experience in at least one of the following modules: Group Reporting, S/4HANA FI-CO, FPSL, PaPM and Embedded Analytics.
• Desire to grow and lead a high-performing team.
• Interest in new technologies and applications and the ability to turn them into practical solutions.
• Comfortable communicating and working in English within a cross-border team (German language skills are beneficial).
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
