About the role
- (Senior) Manager Cyber Security leading Digital Identity projects at Wavestone. Working with clients on IT security and identity management in a hybrid role in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Übernahme von Führungs- und Gestaltungsaufgaben im Bereich Digital Identity
- Leitung von Beratungsprojekten zur Implementierung und Optimierung von IAM, PAM, MFA und CIAM
- Beratung von Kunden auf Managementebene zu strategischen und technologischen Fragestellungen im Bereich IT-Sicherheit
- Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Sicherheitsstrategien für Digital Identity
- Verantwortung für Best Practices und Standards im IAM-Umfeld sowie Schulungen und Awareness-Programme
- Ausbau des Portfolios im Bereich Digital Identity
- Durchführung von Cyber Security Assessments und Identifikation von Bedrohungsszenarien im IAM-Umfeld
- Aktives Business Development und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen
Requirements
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Digital Identity (IAM, PAM, MFA, CIAM) sowie in der Beratung und Projektleitung
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Projekten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse zu regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement (z.B. VAIT, BAIT, DORA, ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIST)
- Sales- und Presales-Erfahrung
- Erfahrung mit führenden IAM- und PAM-Technologien (Microsoft, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, SailPoint, One Identity)
- Strategische und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
