Responsibilities
Assume qualitative and quantitative responsibility for projects, topic areas, and company matters in the context of information security.
Co-responsibility for leadership and sales tasks in the context of Cyber Security with a focus on the private sector.
Actively support our clients in ensuring appropriate Cyber Security in the areas of governance (e.g., ISMS, ISO 2700x, BSI IT-Grundschutz (IT baseline protection)), information risk, and compliance.
Advise our clients on the design and implementation of information security requirements as well as the secure implementation of business and IT strategies.
Requirements
Extensive professional experience and project leadership experience in consulting with a focus on Cyber Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
A proven affinity for sales and the ability to position our portfolio with clients.
Entrepreneurial mindset with visions pursued sustainably and with high energy.
Well connected, with access to relevant committees, associations, or similar institutions.
Initial experience with relevant KPIs and their management (e.g., utilization, contribution margin, pricing/bid calculation, etc.).
A confident eye for and enthusiasm about current trends, technologies, methods, and tools.
Ideally additional qualifications and solid further training (e.g., CISSP, BSI IT-Grundschutz Practitioner, CISM, CRISC, CISA, SABSA).
Extensive experience in the private sector, ideally cross-sector (e.g., finance, automotive, defense, etc.).
