About the role
- (Senior) Consultant SAP S/4HANA Finance optimizing financial processes and IT systems for various industries. Lead transformation projects with a focus on S/4HANA implementation and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Advising companies on optimizing their financial processes and IT systems
- Leading (sub-)projects as part of S/4HANA transformations
- Managing the entire project lifecycle: capturing as-is processes, developing roadmaps, and rolling out the new S/4HANA system landscape
- Actively shaping the ongoing development of the team's strategy and portfolio
- Identifying opportunities and pursuing them with support from a coach
- Taking on leadership responsibilities in projects and serving as a technical coach for colleagues
Requirements
- Consulting experience in SAP implementation or redesign projects within finance and accounting
- Strong system knowledge in the FI module (CO experience is a plus)
- Deep understanding of value flows in finance and accounting
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a focus on pragmatic implementation of business requirements
- Business-fluent German and very good English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
