Responsibilities
- Advise clients in the Banking & Insurance / Financial Services sector on large business and IT transformation projects.
- Take responsibility for PMO, project management, requirements and test management, and change management.
- Assume increasingly senior project leadership roles in the implementation of banking- or insurance-specific IT solutions.
- Develop end-to-end test strategies for our banking and insurance clients and coordinate test projects.
- Continuously expand your scope of responsibility and take on additional work packages in the context of project management, requirements management, or test management.
- Contribute expertise to the further development of the consulting portfolio, to publications on specialist topics, and to business development (acquisition) activities.
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science / informatics, (business) engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a professional background in banking or insurance.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in traditional and agile project environments based on recognized standards (e.g., ISTQB, SCRUM, PMBOK, PRINCE2, IREB).
- Experience in project management/test management within the banking, insurance, or financial services industry.
- Strong IT affinity and a curiosity for continuously evolving methods in project management, test management, and the broader IT context.
- Professional demeanor, above-average analytical and conceptual skills, and a high degree of initiative.
- Negotiation-level German (business-fluent) and good English skills.
- Willingness to travel as required within our hybrid working model.
