Responsibilities
You take on leadership and design responsibilities within the team as part of exciting projects for well-known clients in the context of IT Service Management (ITSM), e.g. with a focus on cloud.
You develop service management processes for our clients, for example in ITIL Service Management or COBIT.
You are responsible for quality assurance to ensure successful positioning and delivery when guiding IT organizations through change.
You identify new business opportunities and build a network in the field of IT Service Management.
Requirements
You have a successfully completed university degree, ideally with additional qualifications.
You already have relevant professional experience as a consultant, possibly as a (partial) project manager, and technical expertise in implementing IT Service Management initiatives.
You demonstrate enthusiasm for analyzing IT business processes as well as defining and implementing best-practice solutions.
You possess business-fluent German and English skills and the necessary willingness to travel as a consultant.
Advantageous:
You have consulting experience in the context of IT transformations with a focus on complex cost-reduction programs and reorganizations, as well as IT change processes in organizational and operational structures.
You have strong acquisition and presales skills.
Ideally, you are certified in ITIL and COBIT 5.
