About the role

• Senior Consultant for IT-Service Management helping clients with strategic transformations. Leading projects in ITSM with a focus on cloud and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• You take on leadership and design responsibilities within the team as part of exciting projects for well-known clients in the context of IT Service Management (ITSM), e.g. with a focus on cloud.
• You develop service management processes for our clients, for example in ITIL Service Management or COBIT.
• You are responsible for quality assurance to ensure successful positioning and delivery when guiding IT organizations through change.
• You identify new business opportunities and build a network in the field of IT Service Management.

Requirements

• You have a successfully completed university degree, ideally with additional qualifications.
• You already have relevant professional experience as a consultant, possibly as a (partial) project manager, and technical expertise in implementing IT Service Management initiatives.
• You demonstrate enthusiasm for analyzing IT business processes as well as defining and implementing best-practice solutions.
• You possess business-fluent German and English skills and the necessary willingness to travel as a consultant.
• Advantageous:
• You have consulting experience in the context of IT transformations with a focus on complex cost-reduction programs and reorganizations, as well as IT change processes in organizational and operational structures.
• You have strong acquisition and presales skills.
• Ideally, you are certified in ITIL and COBIT 5.
