Responsibilities
- expanding our Insurance International Team and looking for you as a (Senior) Consultant Finance Transformation Insurance (all genders).
- exciting projects focusing on digital finance transformation, insurance operations, and the design of target operating models.
- design and document streamlined processes and target operating models – with a focus on financial reporting and insurance operations.
- conduct data analysis and help identify key source systems to enable interface and data flow design.
- identify and define business requirements to support the technical implementation of complex transformation projects in accounting, controlling or actuarial group function, and other finance related areas.
- assess implementation options and collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to align the best solution.
- assess the impact of transformation initiatives across departments and visualize changes to support transparent communication and decision-making.
Requirements
- professional experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant, with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling.
- industry expertise in the (re)insurance sector, particularly in finance, operations or data management.
- open to business trips across Europe and enjoy working in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
- fluent in English and comfortable operating in an international environment.
