About the role

• Senior Consultant/Manager enhancing finance functions in banking through digital transformation. Collaborating with clients to optimize processes, systems, and project management from conception to strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• You advise clients in the banking sector on the development of comprehensive solutions for the digital transformation of the finance function (Digital Finance / Finance Transformation).
• You support banks and financial service providers in optimizing and implementing finance processes, systems and architectures.
• You accompany our banking clients in the analysis, implementation and optimization of accounting, controlling and reporting applications.
• You advise on performance optimization and strategy development within overall bank management based on performance measurement and analytics systems, as well as their design and implementation, e.g. in SAP PaPM or SAP FPSL.
• You are responsible for the progress of projects and subprojects as well as the professional leadership of team members.
• You support clients across all project phases - from functional conception through implementation to go-live.
• You systematically expand your professional and technical expertise and continuously develop our consulting portfolio with your enthusiasm and drive.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in banking consulting with experience in (partial) project leadership in the context of digital transformation (Digital Finance, Finance Transformation) in finance and accounting or controlling.
• Successfully completed degree with a business-related focus and/or banking background.
• Enthusiasm for finance, digitization and innovative topics in the banking environment.
• IT interfacing know-how, e.g. in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA (ideally SAP FPSL, SAP FSDM, SAP PaPM or SAC / SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Enjoy maintaining your client network actively, building strategic partnerships and winning new projects.
• Communication in German and English.
