(Senior) Consultant Agile Transformation role at Wavestone focuses on Railway industry consulting. Responsible for leading agile transformation and coaching teams in best practices.
Responsibilities
You internalize, reflect on, and communicate agile values and principles to the teams and management of our railway clients (rail industry).
You develop target visions and an individual “Agile Transformation Roadmap” for the agile change — in coordination with IT and the business units.
You establish continuous learning, ongoing development, and an open error culture in the operational project environment of the rail industry.
You drive the development of an agile mindset at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
Requirements
You hold a successfully completed university degree, ideally with additional qualifications.
You have proven professional and project experience as a Scrum Master, agile project manager, or Agile Coach in consulting, with a focus on railway, rail industry, transportation, or transport engineering.
You possess an ingrained agile mindset that enables you to inspire and motivate your environment.
You bring empathy and strong communication skills, a pronounced team spirit, and excellent methodological knowledge in facilitation, change management, and team development.
You have business-fluent German and English skills and the willingness to travel required for a consulting role.
Advantageous: experience in setting up and managing innovation processes.
You hold relevant certifications (e.g., Systemic Coach, LeSS Practitioner, Scrum Master, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, PRINCE2).
