- Support during the proposal phase and develop solution concepts
- Lead the design and implementation of modern data platforms
- Responsible for the data workstream in consulting engagements
- Coach and develop consultants and Data Engineers
Requirements
- Strong consulting background and practical project experience in data solutions
- Deep technical understanding of modern data architectures
- Experience building robust data pipelines and integrations
- Knowledge of at least one major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Fluent English; German skills are a plus
- Proactive, curious mindset and a desire to advance in Data & AI
- Leadership skills and responsibility for your own workstreams
