About the role
- AI Solutions Architect shaping the digital future for clients in Switzerland by developing and implementing scalable AI architectures and solutions. Collaborating with teams on security architectures and innovative AI solutions in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Shape the digital future of our clients in Switzerland within the Technology & Innovation team
- Develop comprehensive security architectures and advise on SAP security topics
- Implement innovative solutions collaboratively within the team
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for enterprise environments
- Translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions
- Create solution designs and select appropriate AI services and tools
- Integrate foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock)
- Develop custom applications and APIs in Python
- Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Provide technical leadership in AI projects and mentor teams
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience integrating and orchestrating AI/LLM services (OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock)
- Strong Python skills and experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitLab), and Linux/Unix systems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Preferably experience in consulting and in technical leadership of teams
- Familiarity with data warehousing, BI, and ML technologies (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow)
- Experience with vector databases, RAG implementations, agentic AI patterns, as well as AI governance and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with AI development platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Jupyter Notebooks) and frameworks such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- AI-related certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Certified AI Practitioner)
