Responsibilities
- Lead user discovery through interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, and analytics synthesis.
- Translate research insights into journey maps, interaction models, and scalable design systems.
- Design flows, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, and interactive prototypes.
- Plan and execute usability testing; iterate based on findings.
- Influence cross-functional partners and build stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
- Option 2: 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design across complex service ecosystems.
- Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus in ambiguous environments.
- Fluency in mobile conventions, design systems, usability testing, and scalable UX best practices.
