Responsibilities

Requirements
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Proven expertise in project and stakeholder management within software engineering environments.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable design patterns.
Experience in requirement analysis, including functional and non-functional specifications, risk assessment, and prioritization.
Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud financial management (FinOps).
Ability to lead teams in agile methodologies, including user story creation and MVP development.
Skilled in defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement processes.
Familiarity with software product management and technology roadmaps to drive innovation and delivery.
