Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end renewal process for Scintilla Charter subscribers, developing tailored retention strategies for each account.
Proactively engage with subscribers 6–12 months prior to contract expiration to assess satisfaction, identify evolving needs, and communicate value delivered.
Structure, negotiate, and close renewal agreements, ensuring terms align with business objectives and client requirements.
Collaborate with Account Management, the Solutions Consulting team, and Research Leads – along with Product and Legal teams, to resolve issues and align renewal offerings.
Analyze subscriber usage data, feedback, and market trends to inform renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in account management, renewals, business development, or related client-facing roles—preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or enterprise B2B environments.
Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and renewal management for complex, high-value accounts.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with usage and performance data.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and contract management platforms.
