Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage daily employee transportation operations
  • Oversee route optimization, fleet utilization, scheduling, and cost efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and corporate policies
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs for transport vendors
  • Conduct audits of vehicles, driver credentials, safety measures, and documentation
  • Handle escalations related to service disruptions, accidents, or employee safety concerns
  • Drive automation and AI-based route planning for improved efficiency and cost savings
  • Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Develop and enforce corporate travel policies and compliance frameworks
  • Coordinate bookings (flights, trains, hotels, car rentals), visa processing, travel insurance, and approvals
  • Negotiate corporate rates and contracts with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
  • Monitor travel spends and ensure policy adherence
  • Implement AI-enabled travel management tools for smart booking, dynamic pricing comparison, and predictive cost control
  • Coordinate short-term and long-term accommodation for employees, project staff, and business travellers
  • Manage vendor contracts for lodging providers and ensure quality standards
  • Monitor occupancy, maintenance standards, and cost optimization
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and employee satisfaction
  • Manage domestic and international employee relocation programs
  • Coordinate relocation vendors for packing, moving, storage, and settling-in services
  • Oversee relocation policy compliance and cost governance
  • Support employees with documentation, visa coordination, housing assistance, and onboarding logistics
  • Track relocation expenses and ensure timely reimbursements
  • Leverage AI and analytics to optimize route planning, vendor allocation, and cost forecasting
  • Utilize AI-driven dashboards for real-time monitoring of transportation and travel KPIs
  • Implement predictive analytics to anticipate peak demand and mitigate risks
  • Drive chatbot/automation solutions for employee queries related to transport, travel, accommodation, and relocation
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and employee experience
  • Identify, onboard, and manage transportation, travel, accommodation, and relocation vendors
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and service-level agreements
  • Conduct performance reviews and periodic vendor audits
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and corporate governance standards
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets across mobility services
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives through data analysis and AI insights
  • Generate monthly MIS and performance dashboards for leadership
  • Ensure adherence to local transport laws, immigration regulations, and corporate travel policies
  • Develop contingency and emergency response plans for travel and transportation incidents
  • Monitor safety incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Security, and Business stakeholders
  • Address employee concerns and improve service experience
  • Provide leadership updates on operational performance and risk management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field
  • 8–12 years of experience in transportation, corporate travel, mobility services, or facility operations
  • Experience managing large vendor ecosystems and service contracts
  • Strong understanding of relocation processes and accommodation management
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI or digital tools for operational efficiency
  • Experience in large, multi-location corporate environments
  • Certification in Supply Chain, Mobility Management, Travel Management, or Project Management (PMP) if any
