Responsibilities
- Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve development velocity.
- Assist in solution design, evaluating trade-offs and ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable systems aligned with company standards.
- Engage stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and define success metrics.
- Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and ensure adherence to project milestones.
- Promote engineering excellence through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Experience using Java, SQL/NoSQL, Springboot, EST Services, and related technologies
- 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices
- Strong experience delivering scoped features through iterative development and collaborative engineering
- Proficiency in debugging, code review, and continuous integration/deployment processes
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with technical standards
- Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development
- Skilled in translating complex business problems into actionable technical requirements with measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated technical judgment and adaptability to evolving technologies and system contexts
- Effective collaboration and clear communication across cross-functional teams.
