Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience in transactional banking core environments (accounts, payments, PIX, settlements, open finance)

- Knowledge of languages: .NET, Node, or JavaScript
- Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Mastery of engineering best practices (design patterns, clean code, observability, CI/CD)
- Monitoring of team performance metrics (lead time, throughput)
- Knowledge and application of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe)
