Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and reclassifications.
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing.
Support payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation calculations.
Assist with audit preparation, including supporting schedules and documentation.
Help maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Collaborate with FP&A, HR, purchasing and other teams to support reporting and operational needs.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or high-growth company experience a plus).
Strong understanding of US GAAP fundamentals.
Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
