About the role

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset and a broad overview of accounts, projects, and operations, capable of identifying opportunities, ensuring process flow, and leading the influencer function with excellence.
  • Maintain a macro view of accounts, projects, and operations, identifying strategic opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the team, supporting operational development and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Develop and execute influencer strategies across different platforms and brand campaigns.
  • Create high-level timelines, ensuring the feasibility of actions and campaigns, and that SLAs are met with influencers and involved stakeholders.
  • Manage influencers, overseeing the entire content production flow: sending and presenting briefings, alignments, tracking deliverables, receiving assets, directing revisions, client approvals, and ensuring posts go live on the planned date.
  • Attend recording shoot days when necessary, or guide the production lead to properly handle this demand.
  • Curate influencers with a strategic and diverse perspective, considering racial and regional profiles, people with disabilities (PWDs), LGBTQIAPN+, and other relevant segments, always aligned with KPIs and brand and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct background checks on talents, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and reputation.
  • Support negotiations with influencers, advising the production lead on best approaches.
  • Oversee contractual matters, ensuring proper coordination between production and the Legal team for contract signing.
  • Oversee financial processes, ensuring the operation follows payment workflows correctly.
  • Be responsible for managing the influencer budget.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of tools such as HypeAuditor, Sprout Social Influencer Marketing (formerly Tagger), Stilingue, and other platforms in the space.
  • Experience with influencer marketing in the beauty sector.
