Responsibilities
Support the improvement of Vertique throughput performance (UPH) across all three systems, identifying gaps to target and driving corrective action plans.
Establish clear performance standards for start‑up time, pause time, run hours, and utilization, and hold sites accountable.
Lead root cause analysis for rate loss events (people, process, system) and ensure countermeasures are implemented and sustained.
Define, document, and maintain standard Vertique operating procedures across all systems (sourcing, replenishment, palletizing, check‑in, changeovers, cleaning, and start‑up).
Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities that improve rate, stability, accuracy, and labor efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years’ experience optimizing or managing throughput performance (rate/UPH) in automated warehouse systems.
Maintenance Management Software experience, preferably SAP
3+ years’ experience coaching leaders and supervisors on system fundamentals and performance drivers
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
