About the role

  • Manager driving Vertique system performance across three automated facilities at Liberty Coca-Cola. Focused on throughput, process adherence, and continuous improvement across all systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support the improvement of Vertique throughput performance (UPH) across all three systems, identifying gaps to target and driving corrective action plans.
  • Establish clear performance standards for start‑up time, pause time, run hours, and utilization, and hold sites accountable.
  • Lead root cause analysis for rate loss events (people, process, system) and ensure countermeasures are implemented and sustained.
  • Define, document, and maintain standard Vertique operating procedures across all systems (sourcing, replenishment, palletizing, check‑in, changeovers, cleaning, and start‑up).
  • Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities that improve rate, stability, accuracy, and labor efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ experience optimizing or managing throughput performance (rate/UPH) in automated warehouse systems.
  • Maintenance Management Software experience, preferably SAP
  • 3+ years’ experience coaching leaders and supervisors on system fundamentals and performance drivers
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
