About the role
- Ground Compliance Auditor conducting and managing compliance audits within Vueling's AOC operations. Ensuring safety standards and regulatory adherence in ground operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage compliance audits and inspections within Vueling's AOC operations
- Ensure thorough evaluations by following structured approaches tailored to audits or inspections
- Gather accurate evidence of compliance or non-compliance with regulations and procedures
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to relevant departments
- Maintain records of compliance issues, supporting continuous improvement efforts
- Enhance capability and knowledge within the compliance audit team and related departments
Requirements
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Aeronautical Management or equivalent technical qualifications
- 2 years of experience in ramp operations and/or coordination roles
- English B2 - Spanish C1
- Availability to travel approximately once a week
