About the role

• Junior Project Manager coordinating AI corporate model implementation at Vetta, a leader in industrial digitalization. Supporting organizational governance and integration across business areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of the corporate AI model, ensuring execution of the roadmap and achievement of defined milestones. Structure and lead governance rituals (committee, thematic towers, ambassador program);
• Serve as the focal point for integration between business areas, IT, Risk, HR and other stakeholders;
• Organize the initiative backlog, track deliveries and manage dependencies and impediments;
• Support the implementation of processes related to governance, prioritization, risk, benefits and the lifecycle of AI initiatives;
• Lead the execution of the ambassador program and other organizational mobilization efforts;
• Consolidate metrics, status updates and follow-up materials for executive reporting;
• Prepare management artifacts (schedules, plans, reports, records and operational controls) and support workshops, working sessions and interactions with areas involved in the program;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
• Proven experience in managing corporate projects, preferably involving multiple organizational interfaces;
• Experience in digital transformation, technology, innovation projects or cross-functional corporate programs;
• Experience tracking multiple concurrent workstreams;
• Experience preparing executive materials and monitoring reports.
• Preferred:
• Experience with digital transformation, automation, analytics or AI programs;
• Familiarity with corporate governance structures, PMO or strategic programs;
• Experience in industrial environments or large organizations;
• Familiarity with project management, collaboration and dashboard tools.
