Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project activities with Superintendents, Foremen, and Journeymen.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
  • Interpret construction drawings and contract terms for all stakeholders.
  • Oversee subcontractor RFPs, proposals, and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety plans and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project forecasts, cost tracking, and WIP statistics.
  • Support business development through client relationship management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, P&IDs, codes, and standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and project accounting tools (COINS preferred)
