Responsibilities
General secretarial and assistant tasks, in particular correspondence with clients, engineering offices, project stakeholders and authorities.
Central point of contact for the project team on administrative matters and support for project management in day-to-day operations.
Administrative tasks such as preparing offers, invoices and contracts.
Cover reception duties and handle mail, telephone, invoice recording, ordering office supplies, as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings.
Ensure that project documentation is complete—both electronically and on paper—and compile documents for construction and project management.
Preparation of outgoing invoices and management of dunning/reminder procedures.
Requirements
Completed commercial, technical or real estate-related training, or an equivalent qualification.
Initial professional experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
Organizational talent, team spirit and an independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style distinguish you.
Confident use of MS Office applications is a matter of course for you.
