About the role

  • Assistenz / Projektkoordinator supporting construction project management at a reputable family-run company in Munich. Involves administrative tasks and team collaboration in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • General secretarial and assistant tasks, in particular correspondence with clients, engineering offices, project stakeholders and authorities.
  • Central point of contact for the project team on administrative matters and support for project management in day-to-day operations.
  • Administrative tasks such as preparing offers, invoices and contracts.
  • Cover reception duties and handle mail, telephone, invoice recording, ordering office supplies, as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings.
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete—both electronically and on paper—and compile documents for construction and project management.
  • Preparation of outgoing invoices and management of dunning/reminder procedures.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial, technical or real estate-related training, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
  • Organizational talent, team spirit and an independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style distinguish you.
  • Confident use of MS Office applications is a matter of course for you.
  • You keep a cool head in challenging situations—even when things get hectic.
