Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for wealth management solutions that align with business objectives and reinforce Voya’s value proposition.
Design and implement practice management and sales enablement programs to attract new advisors and help existing advisors grow their businesses and skill sets.
Create marketing materials (digital, social, webinars, print) to support advisor recruitment and client engagement.
Collaborate with B2B, B2C, creative, and commercial teams to deliver on marketing initiatives.
Track and analyze marketing performance, using insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
Provide guidance and support to marketing team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends and consumer behavior to ensure marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.
Support adoption of marketing automation tools and leverage analytics to enhance campaign execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management, with demonstrated leadership skills.
Proven ability to develop marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with advisors and clients.
Solid understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels; experience with innovative approaches preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with marketing analytics tools and metrics.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams.
Creative and strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and results.
