About the role

  • Sales Enablement Manager developing and implementing sales enablement strategies for Voya’s distribution teams. Fostering effectiveness and efficiency in achieving financial opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategic direction and execution of enablement activities supporting our workplace solutions distribution teams
  • Create and deliver new hire onboarding experiences for distribution – digitally, virtually and in-person with intent to shorten onboarding cycles by market
  • Influence the creation, organization and distribution of sales content ensuring it is relevant, up to date and easily accessible
  • Create go-to-market strategies for our new and prioritized product and solutions launches in conjunction with marketing, product, digital, distribution and other internal partners
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance metrics
  • Partner with distribution teams to capture examples of what good looks like and be an ambassador of ideas across teams
  • Partner with distribution teams to curate revenue enablement experiences that drive digital B2B sales
  • Partner with distribution, marketing, product teams and others to curate content for our internal events, such as our annual kick off meeting and regional meetings
  • Be relentless about simplifying ways to use digital tools to communicate messages, with distribution teams on new and updated products and solutions
  • Curate content internally and externally for sales skill development
  • Partner with distribution on other prioritized, revenue generating enablement opportunities that are aligned with our workplace strategy

Requirements

  • BA degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in learning and development, training or sales enablement
  • Prior experience partnering with business leaders on training design and execution, instructional design, adult learning theory and deploying training through innovative solutions
  • Articulate, persuasive communication across multiple organizational levels; ability to analyze and communicate the “big picture” to others
  • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
