About the role
- Implantation Analyst coordinating the implementation of systems for clients of a public management solution company based in Brazil. Seeking proactive individuals willing to travel and contribute to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Schedule implementations in municipalities directly with the client;
- Lead implementation meetings with the departments involved in the process;
- Configure entities, agencies, document templates, risk classifications, and users in SIGFÁCIL;
- Deliver training sessions on SIGFÁCIL;
- Perform data cleansing of the database;
- Prepare implementation progress reports;
- Analyze and implement low- and medium-risk workflows;
- Carry out system implementations in the state's municipalities according to the planned schedule, either on-site or remotely.
Requirements
- Schedule implementations in municipalities directly with the client;
- Experience in implementing computerized systems (preferred);
- Knowledge of processes related to SIGFÁCIL (preferred);
- Availability to travel;
- Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) — Category B;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
- Basic knowledge of databases (desirable);
- Basic knowledge of Jenkins (preferred).
