Responsibilities
Own the Financial Architecture: Own and enhance Vouch’s 3-statement and business unit financial models.
Lead the annual and semi-annual planning processes, and monthly rolling forecasts.
Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.
Produce materials for the executive team, Board of Directors, and investors providing financial clarity to guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Data teams to refine driver-based unit economics and analyze P&L impact.
Drive enhancements to and adoption of financial planning and reporting software.
Manage, mentor, and develop a direct report, helping them grow their skills in business partnering and operational excellence.
Requirements
8–10+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate FP&A, or investment banking, with a background in high-growth tech or fintech environments
Expert-level 3-statement modeling skills (P&L / balance sheet / cash flow) with the ability to build complex models from scratch
Experience partnering with executives to influence strategy, pricing, and resource allocation
Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring team members and leading cross-functional processes
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear narratives for the Board and investors
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you must manage ambiguity and pick up unstructured tasks to run them to completion
