Responsibilities
- Update and maintain dashboards (Power BI)
- Monitor that dashboards update correctly.
- Help identify update errors, database issues, and inconsistent data.
- Publish and organize reports in workspaces.
- Process and organize data
- Clean spreadsheets (Excel/CSV).
- Standardize columns and data types.
- Prepare datasets for use in analyses and dashboards.
- Support team requests
- Extract simple information from Power BI or Excel.
- Build supporting tables.
- Assist with quick analyses for internal teams.
- Document processes and data sources
- Record where data is located.
- Keep data dictionaries and data flows up to date.
- Help organize references and information for the team.
- Automate simple tasks
- Write small Python scripts.
- Create flows in Power Automate.
- Automate repetitive spreadsheets or reports.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Power BI (modeling, basic DAX)
- Analytical skills and critical thinking for data collection and interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills and ability to prepare clear, effective presentations.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
