About the role

  • SEO & LLM Analytics Manager driving data-driven growth and insights at Preply, shaping the future of education. Collaborate with SEO and analytics teams to optimize learning outcomes and enhance user value.

Responsibilities

  • Create analytical frameworks to track performance, extract insights, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Design and maintain experimentation playbooks to standardize testing across SEO/LLMs, content and DPR functions
  • Build impact estimation models to evaluate ideas, support prioritization, and justify resourcing with solid business cases.
  • Act as the primary SEO-Data team liaison, translating SEO needs into technical requirements for dashboards, tracking, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of SEO to define OKRs, reporting structures, and experimentation cadences across the inbound team.
  • Help shape the team’s testing backlog and learning roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and impact goals.
  • Work hands-on with tools like GSC, Ahrefs, Looker, Amplitude, and internal analytics platforms to extract and communicate insights.
  • Build and scale internal templates for prioritization scoring, test evaluation, and impact reporting.
  • Use AI tools to automate and optimize analysis workflows for speed, quality, and clarity across the team.
  • Synthesize and present complex analyses and test results to senior managers and directors with clarity and business relevance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing or Business Analytics roles, within B2C tech, marketplaces, or digital products
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and strong curiosity for the new LLMs/AI search area
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with an exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous, structured approach to analysis.
  • Creative problem solver mindset combining rigor with ownership, initiative and operational excellence.
  • Strong business acumen: you think in terms of impact, ROI, and user value, not just rankings or traffic.
  • Hands-on experience with GSC, Ahrefs, Looker, Amplitude, and comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and impact models.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate tasks, or generate insights at scale.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: you make technical things understandable and actionable for different teams.
  • Proactive and independent: you're not just reacting to requests, you're bringing new, data-backed ideas to the table regularly.
