About the role

  • Graphic Designer creating high-performing ad creatives for OBDeleven's car tech tools. Collaborating with marketing to optimize ads based on performance data, driving growth and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-performing static and motion-based ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Display & YouTube), and TikTok
  • Develop performance-driven creative concepts focused on CTR, CPA, ROAS, and retention rather than aesthetics alone
  • Edit short- and long-form video ads, including UGC-style, story-led, and performance-focused content
  • Use AI tools to efficiently produce multiple creative variations (hooks, formats, captions, CTAs) for A/B testing
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to optimize based on performance data
  • Review competitor ads and platform trends to inform creative testing strategies
  • Stay up to date with platform-native ad formats and best practices
  • Manage creative assets, versioning, and naming conventions with consistency and clarity

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating paid ad creatives for Meta, Google, or TikTok, with a clear focus on performance results
  • Strong portfolio showcasing real ad examples (static and video), including testing, iterations, or performance learnings
  • Ability to design and edit both static and motion-based creatives, including short-form video formats
  • Performance-driven mindset: understanding that success is measured by CTR, CPA, ROAS with a clear focus on attention and hook performance
  • Experience working with creative testing frameworks (hooks, variations, formats, CTAs)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, working closely with marketing and growth teams
  • Comfort using performance data and feedback to iterate fast and continuously improve creatives
