About the role

Requirements
- Completed commercial or business education (business college, University of Applied Sciences, or university)
- Experience as an assistant at top-management level, ideally in the banking sector
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams)
- Basic understanding of risk management and IT processes is an advantage
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., chatbots, automation solutions, data analysis tools)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor, as well as discretion and trustworthiness
- Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Negotiation-level German (business fluent) and very good spoken and written English.
