About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for Microsoft 365 architecture, design, and implementation across multiple client environments
- Design and deploy secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, and compliance tools
- Lead Microsoft Intune deployments, managing endpoint security, mobile device management (MDM), and application protection
- Plan and execute complex SharePoint Online migrations, including legacy systems and file share transitions
- Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and operational best practices
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to scope and deliver successful projects
- Support technical escalations, conduct environment reviews, and contribute to long-term Microsoft 365 roadmaps
- Mentor internal technical teams to elevate Microsoft 365 capabilities across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and security
- Experience in Microsoft Purview, including Data Classification, DLP policies, and Information Protection
- Experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for device compliance, app management, and Conditional Access
- Demonstrated success in SharePoint Online migrations and modernization projects
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), identity management, and integration with Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow automation
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Cloud Apps, and Identity
- Knowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell
- Experience with Zero Trust architecture principles
- Experience supporting security and compliance initiatives in regulated industries (e.g., finance)
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities in a high-demand MSP environment
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
