Responsibilities
Act as the technical lead for Microsoft 365 architecture, design, and implementation across multiple client environments
Design and deploy secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, and compliance tools
Lead Microsoft Intune deployments, managing endpoint security, mobile device management (MDM), and application protection
Plan and execute complex SharePoint Online migrations, including legacy systems and file share transitions
Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and operational best practices
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to scope and deliver successful projects
Support technical escalations, conduct environment reviews, and contribute to long-term Microsoft 365 roadmaps
Mentor internal technical teams to elevate Microsoft 365 capabilities across the organization.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and security
Experience in Microsoft Purview, including Data Classification, DLP policies, and Information Protection
Experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for device compliance, app management, and Conditional Access
Demonstrated success in SharePoint Online migrations and modernization projects
Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), identity management, and integration with Microsoft 365
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow automation
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Cloud Apps, and Identity
Knowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell
Experience with Zero Trust architecture principles
Experience supporting security and compliance initiatives in regulated industries (e.g., finance)
Ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities in a high-demand MSP environment
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
