Responsibilities
Own the technical journey of our customers and act as the primary technical point of contact
Support pre-sales calls to assess infrastructure, identify blockers, and guide evaluations
Troubleshoot issues across systems, networks, browsers, and interfaces with clarity and empathy
Support technical scaling (e.g., increasing user bases, infrastructure changes)
Document configurations and technical handovers to ensure smooth internal collaboration
Identify recurring issues and contribute to internal tools, documentation, or processes
Requirements
Strong experience with Windows and Linux system administration and network configuration (firewalls, proxies, routing, MDMs, APIs)
Solid experience with virtualization, Docker, web servers (Nginx, IIS), and load balancing
Excellent troubleshooting skills across APIs, browsers, infrastructure, and devices
Clear communicator with empathy for both technical and non-technical users
Proactive and self-directed, with strong documentation and technical handover skills
Experience working in startups is an advantage
Confident in German (C1) to support customers and fluent in English (C1) to collaborate with colleagues
