Responsibilities
- Validate aircraft groundings for maintenance
- Define investigations/tests to be performed by maintenance technicians
- Issue technical bulletins/technical notices to GOL internal stakeholders
- Assist in the development of major aircraft modifications (STC/CST)
- Monitor proper execution of, and/or propose improvements to, the application of modifications and repairs on-site
- Analyze failures and propose fleet-level mitigation solutions
- Support the implementation of new projects
- Provide technical support to internal customers (GOL)
- Analyze and issue technical opinions on low- and medium-complexity data
- Issue and update technical documents
- Register materials resulting from projects, risk analyses, and technical documents
- Develop process and/or product improvements
- Prepare management reports related to technical, safety, financial, and customer experience aspects
- Develop procedures and normative instructions
- Request warranties related to the application of SB, SL, consumables, and aircraft under warranty
- Analyze repair documentation issued by repair stations
- Enter tasks, intervals, and applicability data into the system
- Identify and report hazards in operations

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
- CCT or CHT considered a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
- Experience or knowledge of AMOS
- Advanced English (reading and writing)
- Intermediate Spanish is a plus
- Experience in developing and managing indicators/KPIs
