About the role
- Analista de Operações de Voo III leading projects for fuel efficiency in aviation operations. Collaborating with various departments and external suppliers to ensure operational success.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects across different departments to reduce fuel consumption;
- Create KPIs to monitor fuel consumption and adherence to implemented projects;
- Monitor fueling volumes at new bases, especially international locations;
- Participate in operational and safety audits;
- Provide operational consulting focused on initiatives for different aircraft types;
- Interact with and support various company areas, including commercial, legal, and operational teams for domestic and international operations;
- Take part in negotiations with external suppliers, focusing on monitoring systems, fuel providers, and ground support equipment operators;
- Develop work instructions and reports for the department's projects and processes;
- Prepare presentation materials for directorates and C-level executives, and facilitate meeting dynamics;
- Conduct analyses based on planned and/or actual data, structuring logical and strategic conclusions;
- Prepare budget analyses for international operations and different fleets;
- Contribute to the configuration and standardization of Dispatch and Flight systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Aviation, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Experience in project management and/or data analysis.
- Experience negotiating and aligning requirements across different departments and suppliers.
- Experience participating in projects aimed at reducing operational costs.
- Applied statistics and basic data modeling.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Python, R.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of civil aviation.
- Knowledge of RBAC 121.
