About the role
- Engineer Analyst interpreting technical data and assisting in technical project management for aviation at Gol. Working in a diverse and inclusive environment to enhance aviation services.
Responsibilities
- Interpret technical data, such as aircraft maintenance manuals, service bulletins and regulatory guidance.
- Support the preparation and review of technical drawings, maintenance plans and operational instructions.
- Develop and maintain routine automation tools using advanced spreadsheets, scripts or other programming languages applied to engineering.
- Support continuous improvement project management from planning through execution and monitoring of results.
- Assist in investigating technical non-conformities and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor area performance indicators and contribute statistical and technical analyses.
- Stay current with regulatory requirements from ANAC, FAA, EASA and other applicable civil aviation authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Professional registration required (CREA).
- Knowledge of technical drawing and tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar.
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, VBA, SQL or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience handling databases.
- Strong organizational skills, critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Intermediate English (reading and interpreting technical manuals and international regulations).
- Desirable knowledge of process automation tools/languages (Power Automate, RPA, scripting).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Jira or similar).
- Experience in aircraft maintenance or maintenance engineering.
