About the role
- As a Commercial Performance Analyst at GOL, you'll analyze commercial indicators and market data. Develop insights and support decision-making in a dynamic aviation environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring various variables in the domestic and international air travel market, developing analyses and insights on GOL's sales performance across sales channels;
- Data processing and preparation of reports and monitoring of the department's metrics (sales, market share, share gap, load factor, competitiveness, network growth);
- Participating in analysis development, scenario creation and impact forecasting;
- Participating in the design and management of projects to improve the area's processes;
- Contributing to strategic analyses and preparing presentations for senior leadership;
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of KPIs and Commercial Intelligence;
- Willingness to learn, emotional maturity for day-to-day work and interactions with leadership;
- Team player / ability to work effectively in teams;
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation);
- University degree (Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, Exact Sciences, Marketing, or related fields);
